Troubleshooting & Tips

Q: I can’t log in to webmail after the migration. What should I do?
A: Ensure you’re using your full email address as your username and the new password provided. If you continue to have trouble, please contact Compass support.

Q: My email app is not connecting.
A: Double-check that you’re using your full email address as your username and have updated the server settings as shown above. If your app still uses old server details, it won’t connect until you update them.

Q: I don’t see my folders or older emails.
A: Try refreshing the folder list in your email client or webmail. In some cases, IMAP folders may need to be manually subscribed to or synced.

Q: Can I access my email on my phone or tablet?
A: Yes, the new CompassNet Mail system supports mobile email apps and native mail apps on Android and iOS devices. Use the same server settings and your login credentials to set it up.
