Compass announce withdrawal of prepay services from 30th September 2017

Unfortunately, Compass will be withdrawing from the prepaid mobile market on the 30th September 2017.

Use of the 4G mobile network and operating platform is expiring as of midnight 30th September 2017.

Customers can continue to use Compass prepaid mobile services up to 11.59pm on the 30th September 2017.

From 1st October you will not be able to make calls/send texts/access the internet via data nor receive calls and texts on your Compass SIM.

Credit top-ups ceased from 20th September 2017

You will no longer be able to top-up your mobile balance after 11 am on the 20th September 2017.

This gives you 10 days to use up your remaining credit.

Switching to another provider

Receive a Spark SIM by filling out the form below (Limited Stock Available). You have until the 15th of September 2017 to receive your  Spark SIM.

Call 0800 960 000 or email sims@activata.co.nz with your name, address and compass mobile number and you will receive a Spark SIM. (Limited Stock Available)

If you want to keep your Compass Number click here to transfer to Spark.

You have until the 30th October to switch your number, thereafter your number will be terminated and will be unavailable to be used.
